⚠️ SUMMARY:
Between August 28th and September 3rd, a coordinated series of package ambushes occurred along the customs holding corridor and the secondary transit facility. The incidents appear to involve targeted interceptions of high-value shipments, several of which were fully insured.
Investigations are ongoing. All affected owners are being contacted directly and are now eligible to file for insurance compensation.

IMPACTED PACKAGES AND INCIDENT DETAILS

Case #001: Nancy Holls – Luxury Asset Intercepted in Transit
- Declared Value: $1.7 million
- Contents: Rare vintage diamonds, jade antiques
- Insurance Status: FULLY INSURED
- Incident Description:
Package intercepted during private air transfer between warehouse and bonded vault. Security escort compromised. GPS tracker was disabled mid-route.
- Current Status: Contents unaccounted for. Forensic tracking initiated.
- Course of Action:
Claim approved for processing. Ms. Holls instructed to file a Disaster Claim Form (Form 27-I) immediately.
- Security Note: Internal breach suspected.

Case #002: Pharmaceutical Shipment – Medical Cold Chain Broken
- Declared Value: $520,000

- Course of Action:
Design team advised to submit Form 27-I-D with contamination evidence.

ACTION REQUIRED:
All insured recipients involved in these ambush cases are required to collect and submit their disaster claim forms to initiate compensation.

- Visit the Customs Insurance Liaison Office (Suite 4B, Internal Claims Wing)
- Present your Package Reference Number and Photo ID
- Collect the Disaster Claim Form (Form 27-I) or its appropriate version (A–D)
- Submit completed forms within 7 business days of this notice
